Utility Working Conference - Roles and Duties

Individuals who volunteer to serve in these positions should be prepared to commit an average of one or two hours every month to support the conference.  Consequently, “double duty” is discouraged. Certain leadership positions in the UWC organization are reserved for utility employees. This is not intended to reflect negatively on the valuable contributions and very significant efforts made by the non-utility members toward the success of the conference. These restrictions are necessary to maintain a strong utility focus and participation at the conference.
