MISSION:	To establish tactical and strategic goals for the Division
GOALS:	As part of the annual Division Planning process, update the succession plan for at least the Officers, Executive Committee, Program Committee, and standing subcommittees. Maintain information on this portion of the website at least as frequently as described by the Update Calendar.
PLANS and ACTIVITIES:	Prepare a one-year tactical plan and and five-year strategic plan to support the objectives of the Division and the Society
