[i]  This includes the Utility Leadership Award and the Plant Achievement Awards that are presented at the UWC.

[ii]  Increase OPD membership.  Continue to brainstorm to identify non-meeting value-adding initiatives; analyze membership survey results and identify action items; continue to support membership drive and other members-support initiatives.

[iii] The Committee should consist of the past TPC, the current TPC, and the incoming TPC, plus 2 or 3 currently active supporters.  Focus on 1) quality of the presentations at the conference, and 2) transitions to future conferences.

[iv] Work closely with the National Membership Committee (NMC) to implement OPD’s good ideas to increase membership value for OPD members.  Find out how to best recruit new OPD members; get assistance from NMC and ANS HQ regarding membership questions.

[v] Monitor the validity of the current OPD policy statements.  Work closely with the OPD - PPC liaison to update current OPD policy statements or develop new relevant policy statements when necessary.
