MISSION: To facilitate the participation in Society and OPD activities by OPD members without a requirement to travel.
GOALS:
  1. Maintain information on this portion of the website at least as frequently as described by the Update Calendar.
  2. Each year, increase distance participation by ½% of OPD.
PLANS and ACTIVITIES:
  1. Identify and/or make new opportunities for members to participate in division and/or society activities.
  2. Communicate those opportunities to potentially interested members.
  3. Facilitate initial and continuing distance participation.
  4. Monitor activities of distance participants and report effectiveness biannually to the OPD Executive Committee.
